For over 100 years, the Florida Chamber of Commerce has stood up for what’s right for Florida businesses. Beginning in June 2020 with our launch of the Florida Chamber Safety Council, we spearheaded our vision to make Florida the safest, healthiest, and most sustainable state in America.

In October 2022, we announced the elevation of our leaders to comprise a new Cabinet that houses our advisory board, research and data, and annual Leadership Conference to execute all the outcomes needed to reach our vision. Today, we are the Florida Chamber Leadership Cabinet on Safety, Health and Sustainability.

Our Leadership Cabinet encompasses three councils, each focused on one of the pillars essential to workplace success, including the Florida Chamber Safety Council, the Florida Chamber Health Council, and the Florida Chamber Sustainability Council. As a trusted incubator of research, leadership, and education, our Advisory Board members collaborate closely and work alongside job creators to develop employee-driven programs, inspiring and empowering personal accountability that translates into workplace excellence.

Our unique connection with the Florida Chamber is what sets us apart. Because of this key differentiator, we can lead on outcomes through policy changes grounded in research and the valuable data we collect.
